Join West Linn High School Football coaches to get strong, fit and ready for the season! These sessions are offered for players in grades 9-12 (in the fall of 2024). Training includes strength & conditioning, agility & quickness, and football fundamentals. Sessions will be divided between time on the field and time in the gym. Coached by: WLHS Varsity Football Staff

What to bring: Sessions will be divided between time on the field and time in the gym. Please bring your cleats, running shoes, water bottle and sunscreen
*No camp July 4 and July 29 - Aug 1
